I am excited to announce a transformative Women’s Day Retreat, set in the breathtaking surroundings of Cromane Community Centre, nestled in the heart of Kerry. With stunning views of the Dingle Peninsula to the north and the Iveragh Peninsula to the west, Cromane offers a unique 360-degree perspective of the majestic Brandon Mountain Range, the Sliabh Mis Mountains, and MacGillycuddy's Reeks, home to Ireland’s highest peak, Corrán Tuathail. This picturesque setting is the perfect backdrop for a day dedicated to healing and self-discovery.

Over the past few years, I have focused on the transformative practice of rebirthing breathwork. While this powerful technique offers profound shifts and healing opportunities, I understand it may not resonate with everyone & may prevent people from experiencing my work due to the contraindications with breathwork. Recognizing the need for varied approaches to healing, I am thrilled to offer a new experience tailored for those who wish to explore gentle and nurturing avenues for self-discovery.

⏰ **Time:** 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

**Cost:** 175 euros (Includes sauna fee of 1 hour ) You can pay a deposit of 50 below & balance of 125 on the day or pay full ticket price via link below 

If you do not wish to join the sauna fee can be reduced so please get in touch around that.🙏

Rest into a womb surround soundscape bringing your awareness deep into the womb of the Earth with an Earth Yin Meditation Practice.

 **Constellation Practice with the Divine Feminine**: Participate in a profound family constellation practice that honors the feminine within us all, creating a collective consciousness for healing and empowerment as we work with the energy of our souls.

**Sacred Dance with The Caoin Method**: Delight in the joy of sacred dance, a form of prayer to the Divine that allows your body to express its innate wisdom. Experience the healing potential of movement as we combine The Caoin Method with gentle breathing to release grief and create harmony between masculine and feminine energies.Grief can also be experienced as joy!

 **Sound Bath**: Relax with a soothing sound bath, immersing yourself in healing vibrations that promote relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation.
