The Living Field is an online 1:1 space for those who are ready to slow down and listen.
This is not a programme.
Not a quick fix.
Not a method imposed upon the body.
It is a relational field held through breath, presence, deep listening, and careful attention to what is already asking to be met.
Together we may explore the body, nervous system, family systems, ancestry, grief, voice, breath, land, image, symbol, and the subtle patterns shaping your life beneath conscious awareness.

The Living Field is the unseen web we live inside.
It includes the body. The nervous system.
Family. Ancestry. Land.
Belonging. Memory. Grief. Relationship.
Sometimes what we are living did not begin with us.
Sometimes what asks for attention is older than the present moment.
Here, we do not force these patterns to change.
We begin by learning to see them.

Why I created this container:
Over the years I have held many different spaces.
Breathwork circles.
Womens Circles.
Grief rituals.
Retreats.
Trainings.
Community gatherings.
Again and again I witnessed something beautiful happen when people came together.
But I also noticed that some work asked for something quieter.
Something slower.
Something that couldn't unfold in a group.
The Living Field was born from that recognition.
I wanted to create a space where there was no programme to keep up with, no collective pace to follow, and no expectation of breakthrough.
Just two people sitting together, listening carefully to what life is asking for.
This work has grown from my own experience of grief, survival, motherhood, illness, rupture and return.
It has also been shaped by years of accompanying others through their own seasons of change.
Again and again I have seen that the patterns we carry are rarely only personal.
They live within families.
Within the nervous system.
Within the body.
Within the land.
Within stories that began long before we arrived.
The Living Field offers space to meet those patterns gently.
Not to analyse them endlessly.
Not to force them to disappear.
But to bring them into relationship, where something new can begin to emerge.
For me, this work is not about becoming a better version of ourselves.
It is about becoming more honest.
My role is not to tell you who you are or how you should heal.
It is to walk beside you with presence, curiosity and care, trusting that the body already holds the wisdom of where to go next.

90-minute 1:1 sessions, held at a pace that honours your nervous system and what is present.
Single Session
A standalone 90-minute session for those who want to begin, return, or simply explore.

A short container for deeper work, held across three sessions with space between each for integration.

The Deep Resolve Intensive — Half-Day (4 hours)
For those ready to go deep into lineage, birth imprints, or something that needs more time and room. The half-day format allows the work to unfold without the pressure of a clock.
