In Communion With Our Ancestors

An immersion in family, lineage, embodied presence, and the unseen forces that shape a life

February 26th - March 1st 2027
Westcove Estate, Co. Kerry

THE INVITATION

And often, without realising it, we take a place within that system.

We may carry responsibilities that were never ours.

Repeat patterns we do not fully understand.

Feel pulled toward certain dynamics in love, work, parenting, or life.

Because what is unseen does not simply disappear.

It continues — in the body, in relationships, and across generations.

And beneath many of the struggles we experience, there is often something older asking to be seen.

Not to blame the past.
Not to endlessly analyse.

But to become conscious of what has shaped us — and how it still lives through us now.

This is an invitation to step back and see the system more clearly.

Every person is shaped within a system.
A family.
A lineage.
A set of relationships that began long before us.

This is not about self-improvement.

It is not about blaming your parents or revisiting the past endlessly.

It is about understanding the structures and experiences that formed you - and discovering what becomes possible when those patterns are finally brought into awareness.

Through family constellations, nervous system awareness, grief work, breathwork, and relational exploration, we begin to loosen inherited patterns and create space for a more conscious relationship with ourselves, our family systems, and our lives.

This work is open to both men and women.

THE RETREAT

In Communion With Our Ancestors is a deeply grounded residential immersion exploring family systems, inherited roles, unconscious loyalties, grief, belonging, and the hidden dynamics that shape how we move through life.

Over three days on the Atlantic coast of Kerry, we gather in intimate community to explore the living influence of lineage through embodied practice, systemic work, breath, reflection, voice, ritual, and communal witnessing.

Westcove Estate

The house sits on the south west coast of Kerry, on land that runs down to the wild Atlantic ocean.

There is something about this landscape that naturally creates perspective.

The pace slows.

The noise softens.

And what has been hidden beneath everyday roles and responsibilities begins to surface more clearly.

This is not a space of performance or pressure.

It is grounded.
Contained.
Carefully held.

A place where the nervous system can soften enough to meet what is there - honestly, slowly, and without force.
